Before me, in the sky of light, Upon a lotus, sun, and moon, Sits my root and kindest guru, Buddha Shakyamuni, the Victorious One. Golden and radiant, peaceful in form, Right hand touches earth, left holds nectar. Smiling with love, he gazes toward me — With deep faith I bow before them.
在我之前，光明虚空中，莲花、日轮、月轮座上， 安住我慈悲根本上师——胜者释迦牟尼佛。 金身焕彩，寂静安详，右手触地，左手执甘露瓶。 含慈微笑，怙念于我—— 我以清净信心安住其前。
To think:
Recalling all beings lost in suffering. Now with this precious human life, May I awaken for the sake of all. I take refuge in Guru, Buddha, Dharma, Sangha. Through their blessing and boundless love, May I swiftly reach enlightenment — For the benefit of every being.
以深切信心，我向诸尊顶礼，忆念一切沉沦苦海的有情。 今得人身如意宝，殊胜难得，愿我为度众生而速证觉悟。 我皈依上师、佛、法、僧，愿承诸尊加持与无量大爱， 速疾成就无上菩提，饶益一切有情众生。
